Opera Interactive provides a carrier grade technology infrastructure to connect to mobile networks for voice and data services.

Opera is an accredited WASP in South Africa and manages:
» Connectivity to Vodacom, MTN and Cell C via dedicated leased lines
» SMS and MMS shortcode administration and management
» IVR connectivity and number administration
» WAP gateway connectivity
» Billing and reporting systems

Dragon Platform Features

Distribution Platform

Gateway to network and distribution of SMS, MMS, WAP content. Set-up external feeds for 3rd party content via standard APIs. Integral content Management system for dynamic content (SMS alerts, MMS, WAP sites)

Basic Campaign Management

Set up standard mobile services, such as quizzes, competitions, votes, polls, alerts, push messages and reverse auctions. These are all set up in minutes using Wizard Templates.

Interactive Campaigns

Create sophisticated multi-interaction campaigns using a template driven Interaction Tree. Can include content services and interactions with external web servers.

User Relationship Management

Put users into specific lists related to individual; services or interactive campaigns. Track user interacyivity across all services within a maser account.

Integration with IVR services

IVR user data can be posted to user lists. Interactive SMS services can be launched from IVR interactions. Useful for TV or Print Voice services (e.g. Idols, horoscopes, information lines). Voice shortcodes coming soon

MMS and WAP creation tools

Easy to use tools to create MMS’s as well as tailored WAP sites. Interactive services can be launched from Dragon created WAP sites
